To help empower people to have the courage to find their inner
voice and move to their own rhythm.
To help people acknowledge and celebrate choices that allow
them to shift from surviving to living and thriving.
My Experience:
As an educator and sports coach, I have worked with students
of all ages, including special needs, and have taught at the
Junior/Senior High School and Alternative High School levels.
The connection I've had with my students and their families
extend far beyond everyday classroom issues.
As Director of Women's, Childrens and
Assimilation Ministries, my responsibilites were to coach,
train, mentor and lead teams of men, women and children.
As a Life Coach and Workshop Facilitator,
I believe you have your own answers. I listen, encourage,
and provide you with tools necessary for growth, empowerment,
and movement.
As a Rhythmic Alchemy Facilitator, I create
a safe environment for people to explore their gift of rhythm.
We learn to listen to each other, play our own beat and harmonize
with one another. Drumming is a powerful connection we have
been given to communicate with others and to that which is
greater than ourselves. It promotes expression and healing
from the inside out, and generates a playfulness that is exciting
and fun.
