KIDS RHYTHM CLUB PROGRAM EVERY SATURDAY MORNING!!

10:15am-11:00am

Imagine a community where music, rhythm, movement, and drumming have become a weekly outlet for socializing and living a happier, healthier lifestyle. At the Kid’s Rhythm Club we explore recreational music making through rhythm, movement and rhythm based games.  All ages are welcome.  Older kids and parents play supportive rhythms while younger kids explore the various instruments. Parents are encouraged to participate. Parents must also stay with kids. No reservations are needed.

Drums will be provided by Bongo Boy Music School and REMO.

“JAM AS A FAM!”
MUSIC CLASSES FOR FAMILIES

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
“We Jam as a FAM!” is a progressive rhythmic and melodic curriculum that can be tailored to the needs of any family. It is a program tailored for families to experience ‘playing’ together through rhythm, movement and music. Any family set up is awesome…. Moms and Kid(s), Dad and Kid(s), Grandparents and Grandkid(s), or the whole family! The curriculum promotes creative expression, introduces beat competence, encourages movement, teaches musical concepts and celebrates ‘playing’ together as a family.

LESSONS: Lessons include active music making, speaking rhymes & poems, rhythmic body percussion, creative movement, dance, playing rhythm instruments, and singing.  Families begin to build a sense of community and self-esteem as they contribute to the group.  They will also develop individual musical skills. All lesson materials, drums and percussion instruments will be provided by Bongo Boy Music School and Remo.  Basic guitar can be an added to the program.  Each family needs to provide their own guitar(s).

Session Length: 4 weeks

Class Day/Time: TBD 
45min – 1 hour classes   based on Family/Facilitator Goals and Schedules

Class Cost: $100/Family 4 - 45 Minute Classes,   $125/Family 4 - 1 Hour Classes
